it's a pretty easy process. However, there are a few traps

There are a lot of sites that offer a 2 week trial access
to their library for free. These sites generally work based
on the principle that most people will forget to cancel at
the end of two weeks.
It's important that if you do try out one of these trial
membership sites, you really should take the time to try it
out and decide within those two weeks if this site is
actually for you. Once you've made your decision, either
cancel or don't cancel, but decide consciously rather than
just letting them bill you anyway.
Audio Samples.
Some sites will try and "hook" you with an "audio book"
that's supposedly complete but actually isn't. For example,
you might get to the second chapter of "How to Make Friends
and Influence" people only to get cut off.Then they try and
get you to send more money for the complete version.
In my opinion, this style of doing business is just
unscrupulous and I generally don't indulge in it.If you

then that is fine. What I don't like is when you think you
are getting free audio title that is complete and then only
get the first chapter.

Just five minutes of research can save you a load of
headache. This is true of just about any website where
you'll be providing your credit card number. Audio book
websites are no different. It's important when you're
choosing an audio book website that you do a little bit of
research as to whether or not there have been any
complaints filed against that company. Just do a search for
the company's name and see if any "scam" or "rip off"
complaints show up. If so, that should be a big red flag
for you.
